We want you to feel confident when enrolling in Microneedling PRO. Please review this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing the course.
1. 14-Day Refund Policy
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your original purchase, provided that you have completed no more than 20% of the course content.
For a course containing 10 core training videos, this generally means that you may have viewed no more than 2 of those videos.
Course activity and progress may be verified through our course platform when reviewing a refund request.
To qualify for a refund, both of the following conditions must be met:
- the refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase; and
- no more than 20% of the course has been completed.
2. Payment Plans
A payment plan is a way to pay the full course price in installments. It is not a subscription or month-to-month membership.
If you purchased Microneedling PRO using a payment plan and qualify for a refund under the conditions above:
- payments already made will be refunded; and
- any remaining scheduled installments will be canceled.
If the 14-day refund period has passed, or if you have completed more than 20% of the course, the purchase is no longer eligible for a refund and any remaining installments will continue to be due according to the payment plan selected at checkout.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email info@monikasadar.com.
Please include:
- your full name;
- the email address used for the purchase; and
- your order or enrollment information, if available.
Refund requests must be received within the applicable 14-day period.
If your refund is approved, access to the course will be terminated. Any refund will normally be issued to the original payment method. The time required for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
4. Course Materials
Course materials, videos, downloads, worksheets, protocols, and other educational resources are provided for the personal educational use of the enrolled student.
If a refund is issued, your license to access and use the course materials ends. Any downloaded proprietary course materials should no longer be used or distributed.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
We may review exceptional circumstances individually, including duplicate purchases, billing errors, or significant technical problems that prevent access to the course.
Any exception granted outside the standard refund conditions is at our discretion unless otherwise required by applicable law.
6. Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes or limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or waived under applicable law.
Where mandatory consumer protection laws provide you with additional rights, those rights will continue to apply.
